How do your memberships work?

Monthly payments to spread out the cost of 38 classes out over a year.  There’s no contract or joining fee.  There’s an initial 3 month commitment, then you just need to give 30 days’ notice if you would like to cancel your membership.

Do I have to keep paying my membership subscription over the holidays?

Yes. Your membership spreads the cost of your classes out over a year – this means 12 monthly payments are due to continue your membership.

Can I swap classes or make up a class I’ve missed?

Yes, you can change your class time if there is an alternative session available. You can catch up on missed classes by attending twice a week.

Memberships have 5 weeks’ flexibility in case you or your teacher need to reschedule.

Can I attend more than one class a week?

My friend and I would like to do a personalised equipment duo together, do we need to do separate introduction courses?

If you are joining the studio with a friend or family member, you can complete the 4 week Move with Confidence course together –  unless one of you has a health condition where 121 sessions are advisable due to the level of individual support required.

I've done lots of reformer classes, do I need to do an introductory class?

Yes, everyone joining class at the studio needs to complete either 2x reformer introduction classes or a 121 introduction session before joining a group class.  This is so we can get to know you, discuss your specific goals and make sure that you’re familiar with how to set up and adjust our Rialto reformers.

I’ve never done Pilates before, I’m worried I’m not fit enough

There’s no need to get fit before you come to Pilates. In fact a lot of people find that Pilates is the first step towards a more active lifestyle.

We’ll begin at a level that’s right for you, work at a pace that you feel comfortable with and gradually progress.

Remember, you’ll be learning a new skill and a new way of moving so it will take some practice. Try to be patient with yourself and your body.

Can I get a refund?

All bookings & memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable

  • a change in your status requiring medical sign off for exercise (e.g. surgery, pregnancy).
