RESTORE: 121 sessions

Private sessions are the best place to start if you are:

  • returning to movement after illness or injury
  • dealing with aches, pains or movement restrictions
  • rebuilding confidence in your movement capability.

Every 121 session will be tailored to how you are feeling and we’ll work together to find the best movement solutions for you.

CONNECT: studio classes

Equipment classes for 2 or 3 people offer a focused movement experience for people who:

  • are working towards a specific goal
  • have a health condition requiring exercise modifications
  • are looking for a personalised class using the full range of Pilates equipment.

You’ll each have your own movement programme, but share your teacher’s time and attention during class. Reserve a time for you and a friend or let us match you up with a movement buddy.

Price: £43 per person per session (duet),  £35 per person per session (trio)

FLOW: reformer workouts

Our reformer classes have no more than 4 people and offer a well-rounded, whole body movement experience for people who:

  • are injury-free
  • enjoy the energy and flow of a group class
  • are looking to add a new dimension to their fitness routine.

During class everyone will follow the same movement sequence with options to increase or decrease the level of challenge depending on your preferences.

FAQs

My friend and I would like to do an equipment class together, do we need to do separate introduction courses?

If you are joining the studio with a friend or family member, you can complete the 4 week Move with Confidence course together –  unless one of you has a health condition where 121 sessions are advisable due to the level of individual support required.

I've done lots of reformer classes, do I need to do the Ready to Flow Course?

If you’ve attended more than 20 reformer classes and are:

  • injury free
  • aware of how to modify movements and reformer settings for your body

You can join a reformer class after completing a one-off 121 introduction session instead of the 5-week Ready to Flow course.

Can I attend more than one class a week?

Yes, absolutely.  Members can book additional classes at a discounted rate, on a pay as you go basis.

How do your memberships work?

Monthly payments to spread out the cost of 38 classes out over a year.  There’s no contract or joining fee, you just need to give one month’s notice if you would like to cancel your membership.

I’ve never done Pilates before, I’m worried I’m not fit enough

There’s no need to get fit before you come to Pilates. In fact a lot of people find that Pilates is the first step towards a more active lifestyle.

We’ll begin at a level that’s right for you, work at a pace that you feel comfortable with and gradually progress.

Remember, you’ll be learning a new skill and a new way of moving so it will take some practice. Try to be patient with yourself and your body.
